Fluids are the body's transport system. They nourish, cleanse, moisturize, protect and connect. In the BMC® approach they are not only a physiological category but also the basis of presence and transformation — the medium of communication between cells, tissues and systems. They mediate the dynamics of flow between rest and activity, tension and release, structure and change.
Each fluid brings a different quality of movement, touch and state of mind. By working with them we can experience the body as an environment — pulsing, undulating, permeable and changeable.
