Our shoulders are one of the most burdened parts of the body - hours spent at a desk, stress, and lack of movement make them stiff, tense, and painful. We invite you to a series of workshops where you will learn how to release accumulated tension and restore the natural mobility of this key part of the body. Through conscious stretching and strengthening exercises, you will understand how to take care of your shoulder health on a daily basis. After the workshops, you will feel relief from pain, greater freedom of movement, and your posture will become more upright and confident. It's an investment in comfort and health, with effects you will notice during the first exercises.
