About the event

If you are a parent who is truly trying — reading, listening, analyzing — you may often feel that you are constantly doing something wrong.

Perhaps you know this moment: the day ends, the children finally fall asleep, and you, alone in the quiet kitchen or bathroom, start replaying every word, reaction, decision.

You scroll, read “how it should be,” and increasingly feel that reality doesn’t match that at all.

This workshop is not another guidebook. You won’t get a list of mistakes or recipes for perfect parenting.

Instead:

  • you will look at where the feeling that you constantly have to improve yourself comes from;
  • you will check what the child really needs and what is just external pressure;
  • you will hear that difficult moments are not proof of your incompetence — and you will see how they can work to the benefit of your parenting.

This meeting is for people who:

  • want what’s best for their children;
  • have a high level of awareness;
  • and at the same time live with a constant sense of guilt and inadequacy.

We want you to leave here:

  • relieved;
  • with the feeling that nothing is wrong with you;
  • with the experience that other parents struggle with very similar thoughts — and how they cope (or don’t).

Because parenting doesn’t have to be about constantly correcting yourself — you can feel more freedom, lightness and plain joy in being together, despite the stumbles.
