Through the 5Rhythms® practice we will awaken the body, free the mind and connect with ourselves in movement. When the body begins to dance, the mind calms, we enter flow and experience life in its purest form. This is a movement and dance meditation practice that helps release tension and stories held in the body, opening you to deeper feeling, presence and connection.
The event is open to both experienced 5Rhythms® dancers and newcomers.

Sylvia Crystals — led by Tomasz Szymocha, an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher and a pioneer of dance Cacao Ceremonies. Tomasz completed teacher training in 2016 at The Moving Center® in New York and has since led classes and workshops in Poland and abroad. His work combines conscious movement, elements of shamanism, ritual and bodywork.
