About the event

We invite those who miss human warmth in Krakow during winter. Those who want not just to talk, but to be heard. To be among people without losing yourself. Not to adapt, not to compromise your boundaries, not to guess other people's thoughts. We created this group as a place where you don't have to be "right" or "convenient." Here you can explore yourself in contact with others — calmly, at your own pace, without judgment or comparison. Here you can try another level of communication — deep, sincere, alive. A place where you can finally rest from roles: employee, partner, father or mother, and just be yourself. In the group, you will gradually learn to: - ask for help; - say "no" and "this doesn't work for me"; - act not from "I have to," but from "I'm interested"; - build emotional closeness; - not dissolve in another person; - share difficult feelings and see that you are not rejected.
