
We invite you to a practical and accessible meeting where you will discover the important role that pelvic floor muscles play in the female body. If you struggle with body tension, back pain, painful periods, discomfort during intercourse, or urinary incontinence – these classes will help you understand the cause and show you how to support your body every day. During the workshop: - you will learn about the functions and anatomy of the pelvic floor and their impact on posture, breathing, intimate comfort, and daily well-being, - you will learn how to consciously tense and relax your muscles so they work for you, - you will experience diaphragmatic breathing and simple exercises you can do at home, - you will discover how movement habits and breathing patterns affect your spine, bladder, and overall body tension, - we will talk openly about intimate health – without taboos and without judgment, - you will feel greater body awareness, acceptance, and lightness. These workshops are for every woman, regardless of age or physical fitness. Come in comfortable clothing and open yourself to a new experience of your body.
