About the event
We invite you to the beginner experiential-therapeutic group in Bioenergetic Analysis (Lowen's method). The meetings provide an opportunity to explore and discover your own expression, deepen your sensations, and develop the ability to understand and accept emotions flowing from the body. The cycle has a specific structure related to key developmental moments. During individual sessions, we will experience and dissolve blockages that have appeared at various stages of growth. The group is dedicated to people who are either starting their contact with the method or continuing their process. Each cycle is a unique experience. The group is closed, meaning we work in a fixed group.
