We invite you to a beginner experiential-therapeutic group in Bioenergetic Analysis (Lowen's method). The meetings offer an opportunity to discover and explore your own expression, deepen your sensations, and develop skills in understanding and accepting emotions that arise from the body. The cycle has a defined structure related to key developmental moments. In each session, we will experience and dissolve blockages that appeared at different stages of growth. The group is dedicated to people both starting their contact with the method and those continuing their process. Each cycle is a different experience. The group is closed, which means we work in a fixed group. This allows for deepening your own process, experiencing yourself in relationship, and benefiting from the intensity of group processes.
