I invite you to a group process as part of this year's edition of the National Festival of Process Psychology - POP Kreacje 2025. All events within the festival are free of charge and require registration. 🌍 CHANGE THE WORLD OR BUILD A NEW ONE? There are things in the world and in our lives that we would like to look different: relationships with people, work, the education system, healthcare, environmental protection, food production, technology use, and many other areas. In the big world and in our smaller worlds, communities, personal areas. There are advocates for making changes to what already exists and those who believe that new things need to be created. I invite supporters of both approaches to examine the values and needs behind these attitudes. I also invite those who are undecided or have never thought about it before to join us in exploring the topic together. In a safe atmosphere, we will look at how this topic lives within us. You can actively participate or simply listen. What is a group process? A group process is a tool of process psychology. It is a type of in-depth discussion on topics that concern us as humans. During the meeting, each participant can propose any topic. From the topics suggested by participants, the group will choose one to be the subject of our discussion. During the discussion, we try to identify roles, attitudes, and values that are for and against the given issue and deepen them to gain more awareness about them. During the discussion, we have the opportunity to take on each role, as often we can find a part of ourselves on both sides. This helps us better understand ourselves, other people, and the world around us. It also helps us better deal with internal conflicts within ourselves and in the world. It's not about convincing others of your views. It's about meeting – listening, feeling, freely expressing yourself. 📅 When?
