She shares personal experiences regarding relationships, family bonds, and rebuilding life after loss, divorce, and other crises. Michał Lasota: Legal advisor with 17 years of professional experience. Passionate about life coaching for the past 3 years, he uses breathing methods, meditation, and stress reduction techniques in sports (skydiving, diving, mountaineering). Focused on building life strategies, communication, and achieving goals. Who is this workshop for? For every man over 18 years old who is ready to invest in himself, wants to consciously shape his life, and build better, fulfilling relationships. How will we work? We combine theory (mini-lectures) with practice: analysis of specific examples, individual exercises, work in pairs and groups, as well as elements of bodywork and mindfulness.
