Do you want to feel good in your body — as it is here and now? Join the unique “Frame of Acceptance” workshop, where we combine conversation, reflection and a creative experience with a mini photo session.

During the workshop:
- we will talk about body acceptance and how to build a positive relationship with yourself
- each participant will take part in a mini photo session — full of warmth and understanding
- you will receive one authentic unretouched photo (with the option to purchase additional images) that will remind you after the workshop how beautiful, enough and brave you are
Workshops take place in an intimate atmosphere (5–7 participants), so each woman can feel comfortable and cared for.
Leaders:
Karolina Banaś — a sociologist specialising in the sociology of the body. She combines perspectives from psychology, sexology, psychodietetics and parenting to create workshops on body acceptance and assertiveness. During the workshops she creates a safe space for conversation, reflection and building a healthier approach to yourself. Online she is active under the name: Facebook
Monika Płusa — a portrait, fashion and product photographer. She has 8 years of experience in commercial photography and conducts photo sessions in Poland and abroad. She teaches photography to children and youth at the Palace of Youth (PKiN) and runs photography workshops for adults. Portfolio:
