We make sure to surround you with the highest quality materials so you won’t miss anything. Nothing will stop our creativity! We have prepared a starter kit for you, which will immediately allow you to continue calligraphy at home: - 2-in-1 oblique and straight holder, - nib with reservoir, - ink/paint, - a set of original templates, guidelines, and exercises prepared on good quality paper, including an extensive set of exercises to do at home. WHO WILL LEAD THE CLASSES? Weronika Biront @veroography Weronika is an architect and artist who graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. Her adventure with calligraphy began at the faculty, when during drawing classes, she recreated Roman capitals using a stick. She has been drawing since childhood, gradually discovering various artistic techniques, but it is calligraphy that has stayed with her the longest. Since 2020, she has been exploring its secrets at Nice Letter Studio under the guidance of Aleksandra Ćwikowska, constantly developing her skills and creating artistic compositions that combine the precision of an architect with the expression of a contemporary view of the letter. She is distinguished by her creative approach to calligraphy and her use of it in correspondence with other visual arts – that’s why she went from student to lecturer. She infects others with her smile, commitment, energy, and endless ideas. Aleksandra Ćwikowska founder of Nice Letter Studio. Artist and scientist. Professional calligrapher (for 15 years already!). Certified conservator and restorer of works of art specializing in the conservation of paper and leather, manuscripts, as well as modern and contemporary art. Graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. Academic lecturer. She contributes to the preservation of heritage and the development of calligraphy by organizing original courses and calligraphy demonstrations. Her works and knowledge are appreciated in Poland and abroad at conferences, exhibitions, and in publications. Her works are awarded in international competitions.
