About the event

In these 3-day workshops you will learn breathing techniques that cleanse and rejuvenate the nervous system and body, and also strengthen the immune system. You will learn a breathing technique that the author of the bestseller "Breath", James Nestor, wrote is the most powerful and effective technique he encountered in his searches and research on breathing. It is also a breathing technique widely studied scientifically.



Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY), as this technique is called, helps restore balance, resilience and strength on the level of psyche and body. It reduces stress levels, releases traumas, is helpful in depression, supports mental and physical fitness and helps you enjoy life again. It is used among war veterans, businessmen, politicians and people who want to live to their full potential, cope with burnout, recover quickly after exertion and fully use their talents and skills.



In the classes you will also learn other supporting breathing techniques that soothe the nervous system, unblock energy and balance emotions.

You will learn how the mind works, how to deal with emotions, how to live in harmony with yourself and with loved ones and the surrounding world, how to maintain a high level of energy and how to find happiness within yourself.

The program will also include elements of yoga, meditation, other breathing techniques and knowledge about how our emotions and mind work.

The workshops will be led by Marzena Przybylska and Rafał Przybylski, experienced trainers of development programs. Marzena teaches yoga and meditation, leads workshops for children, adolescents and adults; she loves movement classes and sports, as well as mountain escapes and climbing. Rafał is an IT specialist and at the same time a teacher of yoga and meditation. Together they hike, teach meditation and run these workshops.

  • Friday: 18.00 - 21.30
  • Saturday, Sunday: 9.00 - 13.00
