The way we breathe reflects not only the state of our body but also our emotional state. Our thoughts and feelings directly affect our physiology. In this workshop we will be able to experience how quickly we can change how we feel.
During this one-hour session we will focus on conscious work with emotions.
Integrative Breathwork is a broad range of breathing techniques, including practices such as Transformational Breath, Rebirthing, and Holotropic Breathwork.
During this session we will focus on Transformational Breath — a method based on deep, continuous breathing. It is a form of controlled hyperventilation that can lead to a deeper bodily awareness, intense emotional experiences, and even entry into altered states of consciousness. All of this is intended to better work with your subconscious and support the process of inner transformation.

If you don't have your own yoga mat, you can borrow one at the studio. Please arrive before the start — we begin on time and after the session starts there will be no possibility to join the class.
