After the summer break, we are resuming Sunday breathing marches. Every planned Sunday, we invite you to free meetings focused on movement prevention – combining breath, mindful walking, and qigong. Our weekly meetings are preventive and educational in nature – because proper breathing and movement techniques are worth learning and practicing regularly. Dress comfortably – your outfit should not restrict movement and must be weather-appropriate, as we march regardless of the weather conditions. Wear comfortable flat-soled shoes.
