Our walks are open to everyone – regardless of age or fitness. All you need are comfortable shoes and the willingness to step out the door. Expect surprises, inspiring conversations, and caring for your wellbeing surrounded by nature!
You don't need to train or count steps. Just come and… walk with us!

We meet in Lower Mokotów, at Barytcka 26, by the parking lot of the Warsaw Uprising Mound.
Power Walk is more than a stroll. It's a way to build community, take care of your health and creativity, and find a moment for yourself – without screens, without rush. If your life lacks breath and good movement, this place is for you.

Power Walk – let's walk for health! Warsaw Mokotów – an inspiring walk are free, recurring walks organized over a distance of about 4 km. We started on May 17, 2025 and walk every Sunday at 9:15 AM.
The initiative was created as part of Power Walk – a podcast on the move about health, created by Olympic sailing champion Mateusz Kusznierewicz.
Participation in the walk is free. However, we ask you to click “going” for this event. Will you be late? Write about it in the event - we will wait for you.
At Power Walk we encourage spending active time together. Are you a seasoned walker or a beginner hiker? Break your patterns, broaden your horizons and join us to discover the power of taking even small steps! Everyone is invited to the walk, including those with four-legged friends, as well as people practicing Nordic walking and other sporty hobbies.
