Power Walking
CLASS SCHEDULE: MONDAYS at 6:00 PM
Meeting point: in front of the ARTHOUSE Gym sports hall at 24 Kołowa Street (old address: Kołowa 18)
Free entry, no registration required.
Power Walking is an ideal workout for everyone! The sessions combine walking with strengthening and stretching exercises. This physical activity is not only for the strong and healthy — older people can also participate.
We exercise outdoors on the Arthouse grounds and in Wiecha Park.

Classes are led by Dagmara Szczerek (Szczeroaktywna), who can encourage anyone to move and tailor exercises to the needs of trainees of all ages.
