You are invited to the next Movement Medicine & Sounds workshop — a space for women. In the rhythm of monthly meetings we explore themes to embody through body, movement, dance and sounds. This time we are calling in TRUST!
What we will work on
What matters begins the moment you release pressure and allow yourself to trust. True transformation does not arise from struggle but from the moment you stop resisting what you cannot yet name. Yet you feel it intuitively.
Can you trust your inner voice? The language of your natural dance? That brief moment of allowing yourself to be seen as you are now?
We will creatively experiment with letting go of control and trusting the flow. We will find the rhythm between unhurriedness and not inhibiting what naturally emerges in movement. For a moment we will meet our dream, perhaps the one you voiced at the start of the year.
Movement will become meditation and dance — a path to fulfillment. You don’t need to know how to dance — just be present and curious to move as life leads. This is a special opportunity to be in a women’s group where every movement and spoken word matters to the alchemy.
During the Movement Medicine part led by Beata we will be accompanied by music from many parts of the world and live instruments:
After dance we will immerse in a relaxing sound journey with Ania Strzelecka from Nandana Gong, using 3 gongs: Earth Gong, Wind Gong and Water Gong, plus accompanying instruments: shruti box, rain stick, koshi chimes, singing bowls.
About Movement Medicine
Movement Medicine is an embodied meditative practice — an invitation to listen more deeply, to act in harmony with yourself, to follow dreams and be yourself. It focuses on reclaiming your power through integration of body, heart and mind. It has its own map — a mandala covering 21 gates of consciousness.
