You are warmly invited to a Tender Circle where we can share ourselves in a women’s community, hear other women’s stories, support and inspire each other. But we will not only talk — we will also touch.
This will be a special meeting that includes elements of touch and massage.
In the process of growing up we are forced to adopt certain roles, putting on masks of the well-behaved, always-smiling girl. You mustn’t be angry, because “anger spoils beauty.” You mustn’t cry — because we will be called “whiny.” Sometimes it’s even not proper to laugh too loudly. And as we grow older, new roles appear: wife, mother, partner, businesswoman. Every day we put on tens — if not hundreds — of masks, adjusting to situations and expectations. Over time it becomes harder to be ourselves. It becomes easier to lose contact with our own truth and naturalness. During this meeting we will learn a short, tender practice inspired by Kobido massage that helps loosen tensions, soften control and open up to the authentic self.
The meeting is free (possible voluntary mini-contribution for administrative-logistic costs).
If you wish, bring small vegan snacks for the shared table.
