During the meeting you will learn the first movements of the 24 Form (Beijing Form), which naturally introduce balance, calm and lightness into everyday life.
Tai Chi is a path to health, better coordination and inner harmony – a practice based on mindful movement, fluidity, breath and presence.
Classes are open to everyone – no prior experience is required. Just curiosity and willingness to slow down and meet yourself.
