Walk in the Footsteps of Henryk Sienkiewicz
About the event
We warmly invite you to a walk around Warsaw with a unique creator - Henryk Sienkiewicz. We will meet the characters from his novels. We will learn about the profiles of those who served as prototypes for many of the main characters in his novels. We will experience small Sienkiewicz-style pleasures and personally pay tribute to a great Pole. 📅 We start at 10:30 by the bear sculpture at the entrance to Praga Park from the side of St. Florian's Cathedral (Al. Solidarności). The meeting will begin with a short training session on safety and first aid. Then we will embark on a journey around Warsaw. ⏰ End around 14:30 (Old Town - Castle Square). - Dress appropriately for the weather. - Bring your tourist trip booklets (there will be a stamp and confirmation - points for many tourist and sightseeing badges - primarily - Henryk Sienkiewicz Trail - as well as OTP, DOT, MOK). - It's worth having sandwiches and something to drink, as well as a city card/ZTM tickets. If possible, please register your participation in advance (it helps with preparing acknowledgments, prizes, etc.) in the event comments.
