Final of the project ~ EXPERIMENTAL MOVEMENT SPACE ~ This is a unique project at the intersection of art, therapy, and personal development. A space where DANCE, MOVEMENT, and exploring the possibilities of individual expression serve as both medicine and therapist. The performance "𝙄 𝘼𝙈" is the culmination of the 5th edition of a 9-month project. Each year, the theme of the performance is carried by the group itself. What is the story of this edition? The so-called "State of Being" - is one of the qualities sought in the process of work, not only during classes and in the context of the performance but above all in what is the essence of EMS. How can we transfer qualities such as mindfulness, presence, authenticity... into our daily lives? This story is about courage, decisions, and actions toward the change we choose and become, step by step. The performance is a dance depiction of these stories. A process of transformation.
