    About the event

    Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise system meant to build a strong body and mind. It involves performing simple exercises that are easy to learn; afterwards you can practice them at home, and they are not time-consuming. Gentle movement in qigong coordinates with the breath, is fluid and resilient. It provides excellent cushioning for the joints, massages tissues, and creates space for internal organs. It develops motor skills and coordination and can support training in various sports disciplines.



    Chinese health philosophy recommends living in harmony with the rhythms of nature. Winter is the time of the Water Transformation – this energy acts strongly on the kidneys, which in Chinese medicine are regarded as the “root of life": a source of vitality, energy, and longevity. During the class we will care for immunity – we will stimulate kidney and urinary bladder activity with exercises.



    Note: the class is planned outdoors – bring plenty of warm clothes, a shawl or blanket-style wrap, and a thermos with hot water. If weather conditions are unfavorable, the meeting will take place in the Samogłoska space. We encourage you to ensure thermal comfort, which is necessary to relax.

    Lead instructor: Anita Blachani – instructor of Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga and Qigong with many years of practice.

    The event is dedicated to adults.
