
Warmly invited to another yoga and deep relaxation workshop. The February meeting begins with Pawanmuktasana I practice — a gentle, therapeutic series of asanas from the northern yoga tradition. These are simple, accessible positions that help remove blockages in the flow of energy in the body and mind, relax the joints and restore lightness and freedom of movement. The practice does not require prior experience or special preparation. After the movement part you will sink into Yoga Nidra — yogic sleep, a guided practice of deep relaxation and regeneration that calms the nervous system and allows rest at a level much deeper than sleep. The whole session will be completed by a relaxation in the sounds of singing bowls, whose subtle vibrations bring calm and gently move every cell of the body, supporting processes of harmonization and letting go of tensions.
This is a time to simply be. Without effort. Without doing.
