Workshop for Couples — Close to Each Other, Close to You

It is very possible that everything has already been said about relationships. You will probably find online descriptions of every relational issue that worries you — even podcasts or answers from artificial intelligence. And yet it is worth coming.

Why this workshop?

To experience. There is a huge difference between knowledge and experience.
To authentically be — for yourself, for the other person, for the relationship, for what is difficult and for what is beautiful between you.
To pause — in intimacy, sensitivity, connection.

This workshop is a special opportunity to learn, recall, or deepen the skill of empathetic presence and dialogue.

You may hear, perhaps for the first time, or perhaps again (but as always changing so much), that conflict is not a denial of needs, that an argument can bring gifts, that we are not responsible for other people's feelings, and that it is possible to give feedback that supports rather than hurts.

About the facilitators:

• Monika Szczepanik — trainer, leader, educator. Author of the book “Jak zrozumieć się w rodzinie”. She organizes family camps in the spirit of Nonviolent Communication; in Katowice she runs her own school Liceum Miejsce.
• Daniel Wierzbicki — trainer, tutor and sports instructor. He co-runs family camps as part of the Empathy Incubator; organizes workshops and trips (including kayaking and SUP).
