    Breathing workshop "Regain your breath and health" using the Buteyko method - scientifically researched and recognized. Workshop led by an experienced certified instructor from Buteyko Clinic International. During the workshop, you will learn and experience: - 🍀 how to breathe correctly to restore the body's physiological balance (homeostasis), - 🍀 how breathing strengthens immunity, - 🍀 how breathing can improve the functioning of the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems, - 🍀 how to naturally reduce stress levels and high blood pressure, - 🍀 how to stop asthma, snoring, and sleep apnea, - 🍀 how to experience (greater) peace, - 🍀 how to improve your mood, sleep, and energy levels, - 🍀 how it's possible to lose a few kilograms on a breathing diet, - 🍀 why breathing less oxygenates all organs and cells more effectively, - 🍀 using the Buteyko method, you will relax your body and mind and strengthen your health, - 🍀 follow your breath and body while lying, sitting, standing, and walking. Included: - a script with knowledge and materials for independent practice and progress monitoring (printed if registered by June 13, after this date as a PDF), - knowledge about breathing, - practice of breathing techniques - including learning how to measure progress. Workshop schedule: 1) Filling out the preliminary questionnaire - the better we know you, the better we can tailor the workshop to your needs and health capabilities. 2) Theory - knowledge about breathing: - commonly known breathing advice that harms us and the basics of knowledge on this topic, - examples of disease symptoms and why their cause may be improper breathing, - what correct and healthy breathing is, and what bad breathing looks like, - overeating air, or why the learned habit of hyperventilation harms us, - how humans should breathe, why the nose is powerful, and what the nose has to do with the diaphragm and ... orgasms ;), - ways to relearn the correct breathing habit during the day, night, sleep, physical activity, or speaking, i.e., 24/7. 3) Practice of breathing techniques: - breath measurement - learning to measure oxygenation levels and progress in learning healthy breathing, - a set of breathing techniques for learning the correct breathing habit and applying them in specific situations (anxiety, stress, cold, or an approaching asthma attack), - under the instructor's supervision with the possibility of adjusting the intensity of breathing techniques to the participant's capabilities, - ways to plan and monitor daily breathing exercises.
