Neighborhood Seamstresses – A Community Sewing School
About the event
We invite everyone obsessed with sewing. You can come with a project you’re currently working on and finish it in pleasant company. You can get help from others if some detail is giving you trouble. We will share knowledge and talk about sewing (and life).
If you have never sewn before, come and see that a sewing machine isn’t scary. We will show you how to start your sewing journey, and you will do your first exercises and get comfortable with the equipment.
On site:
- 4 sewing machines — rotating work
- You can bring your own machine
We will be glad if you bring something nice for the neighborhood table.
