Chest, Spine and Breathing
About the event
The chest is one of the most important areas of our body. It contains structures essential for survival and affects every region of the body, making it an extremely important link in the therapeutic process.
This is an intensive two-day training covering the chest, spine and breathing. We embark on a journey through anatomy and neurophysiology.
It will be a combination of practical sessions and theoretical lectures that will help understand the purpose of the techniques used and the functioning of mechanisms in the body.

- Introduction to cranial osteopathy
- Lungs and breathing
- Viscerocranium
- Body cavities
- Autonomic nervous system
- Biomechanics of the spine in relation to the chest
- Stress and emotions
- Superior thoracic aperture
- Respiratory diaphragm
- Drainage
During practical sessions you will learn methods of working with each of the above aspects.
The training will take place in an intimate four-person group, so you can be sure that practical exercises are performed correctly and the theoretical part is continuous interaction.
