Relaxational movement is a calm and attentive form of practice aimed at loosening tension and expanding body awareness. It’s time for quiet, undemanding movement that allows for soothing and rest.
During the sessions, elements of dance and movement therapy are used, as well as relaxation techniques, self-massage and simple calming movements — such as rocking or shaking — which support natural relaxation.
Relaxing music and a subtle scent of essential oils will accompany us, enhancing sensations and helping you to unwind even more deeply.
The most important thing is to listen to your own body and follow what arises during movement. Technique or skill do not matter — presence and openness to what appears are what count.

Instructor: Ania Kłosowska
My name is Ania Kłosowska and for years I have been exploring the art of working with the body, mind and nature. I am a Trainer of Bonding with Nature, and I completed postgraduate studies in Ecopsychology, Ecotherapy and Social Change at SWPS University in Poznań.
I completed the Dance Movement Therapy and Movement Analysis course at the IBA Dance and Movement Therapy Center, and I have also taken part in trainings on Developmental Movement Patterns and working with emotions through the body and movement. My path also includes artistic experiences — from theatre performances to video projects.
I create the brand Ruch i Spokój, where I combine my passion for dance, relaxation and nature. In my work I use dance and movement therapy techniques, Laban/Bartenieff movement language, contemporary dance, relaxation and creative processes. My mission is to support others in forming a deeper connection with the body, emotions and nature through creative and natural experiences.
