    About the event

Qi gong is an ancient Chinese exercise aimed at maintaining health. It harmonizes the work of all body systems. It strengthens the spine, stretches, greatly improves motor skills, and increases joint mobility. At this time of year, it's worth supporting your lungs, which are responsible for emotions of sadness, melancholy, and immunity. We invite you to an autumn meeting with Qi gong, during which we will learn movement and breathing exercise compositions and perform several self-massages for a good mood and strengthening immunity. Attention! The event is planned outdoors. The meeting place will be provided to registered participants before the event. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the exercises will take place inside MAL Samogłoska. The event is dedicated to adults. Instructor: - Anita Blachani – "I have been practicing Qi-Gong for several years, although my first journey was Iyengar Yoga, then Yin Yoga, dance understood as building focused contact with oneself, space, and another person. Movement triggers in me a desire for play, experimentation, and acts as a cleansing filter – it sifts out what is heavier so that peace and joy can surface. I have completed teacher training in therapeutic yoga, Yin Yoga, and Qigong. - I have learned many forms of medical Qigong: Zhang Fu Gong, which cleanses internal organs, Wuji Hundun from Francesco Garri Garripoli, the feminine Radiant Lotus from Daisy Lee, anti-cancer Shaolin Inner Strength One Finger Zen from Dr. Yuhong Xie, Tian Di Fo, Five Animal Frolics from Shi Su Gang, Liuhe from Shi Yan Ao, Eight Pieces of Brocade from Dr. Xiao Ji Dong. - When leading classes, I care about expanding perception – in my practice, I combine various inspirations and methods."
