The New Year encourages making resolutions, introducing changes in life, and trying new activities. So if you've been thinking about trying Yoga for a long time, now is a good opportunity. On January 7th, we start the Beginner Yoga Course at LaLoba. Give yourself space and valuable time – healthy physical activity and relaxation, deep peace of mind! Sign up for the Beginner Yoga Course and discover what regular Yoga practice brings. This is the best time and way to start! During the 12 course meetings, the teacher will thoroughly discuss and demonstrate basic asanas (yoga poses), enabling you to continue practicing in general groups. You will feel, from session to session, week to week, your body becoming stronger, your spine more flexible, and your mind calmer. The Beginner Yoga Course is intended for people who have not practiced yoga before, had very limited contact with it, or are returning after a long break. ✨ Date 7.01-16.02 (12 meetings) Mondays and Wednesdays at 17:00 📍 Location LaLoba Care&Activity Beskidzka 30C, Kraków 💰 Price 480 PLN 💡 Deposit required upon registration: 100 PLN (if canceled after 1.01.2026, it will not be refunded) ❓ Questions and reservations - tel. +48 570 577 677 - recepcja@laloba.pl During the course, you can make up for two previously reported absences. Iyengar Yoga and Aerial Yoga Teacher A religious studies graduate by education, a yogini by choice. I have experienced on my own body and soul how much good yoga practice brings and I want to share it. What I value most in Iyengar Yoga is that its therapeutic effects are accessible to everyone, regardless of age, body stiffness, or other limitations. Using yoga props allows everyone to work in asanas equally effectively. There are no better or worse. There is a person and their effort. In class, I encourage focusing on yourself, not comparing with others, and staying in harmony with your own body. Aerial Yoga is an "adventure yoga" It relieves and makes the spine more flexible, boosts self-confidence, strengthens the whole body, and above all, brings a lot of joy.
