Description:
By unlocking the flow of energy and awareness throughout the body, we will practice a state of open mind and open heart that helps connect with the inner archetype of the healer. We will be accompanied by beautiful music matched to the rhythm of the group and played straight from the heart on drums, guitar and from a computer. During the practice we encourage voice activation. We invite everyone interested in deepening contact with themselves, with their body, heart and free mind. We welcome those who simply want to relax and dissolve tension in the body or seek a path to holistic personal development. No prior experience or preparation is required.
Fees:
- Single regular entry: 80 zł — if you pay by bank transfer or BLIK by March 13.
- 100 zł — on the day of the practice March 14, payable by BLIK or cash.

About the facilitator:
Marta Dratwa-Wasyłek — Movement Medicine teacher and facilitator, psychotherapist, trainer and coach. For 20 years she has worked with groups and individuals. She completed many professional trainings in coaching, group work, studies for psychotherapists and group trainers at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy in Kraków and Movement Medicine trainer training in England. In her practice she seeks a balance between different perspectives — the world of our thoughts, dreams and ideas, emotions and spiritual experiences, and the world of embodied and real actions and projects. She creates a safe yet transforming space for growth.
About the method:
MOVEMENT MEDICINE is a contemporary, transforming practice of meditation in movement, created by Ya'acov and Susannah Darling Khan, to awaken and release your natural energy and support you in embodying and manifesting your potential. This method integrates:
- the joy and energy of intuitive dance
- the depth of meditation in movement
- the nature of spiritual practice
