"We’re walking for health!" is a new Facebook group created for those who want to take care of their health and well-being... by walking! Our walks are open to everyone – regardless of age or fitness level. All you need are comfortable shoes and the willingness to step out of the house. There will be surprises, inspiring conversations, and a focus on well-being in the midst of nature! You don’t need to train or count steps. Just come and... walk with us! 📅 When? Zjednoczenia entrance What’s in store for you? - A walk at a relaxed pace (approx. 4 km) – for everyone, regardless of fitness level! - Time for conversations, sharing experiences, and simply being together offline. - Finish at a nearby café – if you have time, stay for a coffee together. Why is it worth it? Power Walk is more than just a walk. It’s a way to build community, take care of your health and creativity, and find a moment for yourself – without screens, without rush. Warsaw Bielany – inspiring walk is a free, recurring event organized over a distance of about 4 km. We started on May 17, 2025, and walk every Sunday at 9:15 AM. The initiative was created as part of Power Walk – a podcast in motion about health, founded by Olympic sailing champion Mateusz Kusznierewicz. Participation in the walk is free. However, we kindly ask you to click "I’ll attend" in this event. Running late? Let us know in the event – we’ll wait for you. At Power Walk, we encourage active time together. Are you a professional walker or a beginner? Break your routines, broaden your horizons, and join us to discover the power of taking even small steps! We invite everyone to participate, including walkers with four-legged friends, as well as those practicing Nordic walking and other sporty hobbies.
