Group: Sports – for advanced participants and for those seeking an alternative to running and preparing for Nordic walking competitions and rallies. 📅 Class schedule: - Day: Wednesdays - Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM 📍 Meeting point: Moczydłowski Hill near Czorsztyńska Street 10. Training plan: - Warm-up, followed by marches at varied paces, building endurance strength during the walk - Technical exercises to improve walking technique - Stretching at the end Routes: We train in the green areas of Wola, using park paths and charming spots such as: - Lasek na Kole - Park na Kole - Szymański Park Additional information: - Participation in training sessions is free. - No registration required. - Please bring your own Nordic walking poles. - If participating for the first time, you will need to fill out a participation declaration.
