One person per pole + a certificate of participation in the workshops.

I BLOCK SPINNING POLE
18.01. 13:30-14:45 75 minutes

During this workshop, you will learn the secrets of the spinning pole 🔎 We will focus on combos that will bring out your lightness and make you truly feel like you are flying! 🕊️ If you love flexy shapes, this workshop is for you!
The level of the class will be adjusted to the group.

II BLOCK EXOTIC TRICKS

2) 19.01. 12:00-13:15 75 min SOLD OUT

This workshop is the essence of Roko's style! You can expect a lot of positive energy 🐈‍⬛ You will learn how to diversify your choreography with interesting tricks and discover many dynamic, impressive transitions and techniques.
PLEASERS ARE NOT REQUIRED - you can also come in sneakers 🌪️
REQUIRED: knee pads!

The level of the class will be adjusted to the group.

III BLOCK STRETCHING: LEGS
18.01. 16:30-18:00

During this block, you will learn many exercises that you will use in your future training towards splits and lunges. Remember the times of our joint classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings! ❤️
Level: open, for everyone!

Rules:
- one person per pole
- a deposit of 50 PLN is required, payable to Roko, which guarantees a spot in the workshops
- if you cannot participate in the workshops, please find a replacement for yourself
- a certificate confirming participation in the workshops
- Pricing:
- 1 block 150 PLN / pole dance
- 1 block stretching 120 PLN
- 2 blocks: 270 PLN
