We are very pleased to invite you to the next edition of workshops at the Boathouse after Hours.
Starting tomorrow, that is December 7, 2024, at any time - we start at 10:00, but if someone shows up at 12, because they are hit by fashion drama and the accessories won't match their work overalls, they will also be warmly welcomed.
And of course, you can bring a companion, not necessarily just one. AND YES, we invite CHILDREN and actually we invite kids and youth because the workshops are intended for them, but if someone feels young, they will be warmly, VERY warmly welcomed.
The event is co-financed by the City of Warsaw, Education Office.
What are we planning?
In the coming weeks, we plan to build a CURRACH. The boat is experimental, just like our workshops. This will be the first Currach built in Poland!
From December 7, we meet twice a week and arm in arm we build from 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays and on Thursdays from 4 PM to 7 PM (or the last client)!!:)
WHAT TO BRING:
First of all, you need to come! The rest is already prepared for your reception. Especially in terms of health and safety, we are... hmm... ready for anything! :)
See you tomorrow !!!!!
PS The workshop is located at Wał Miedzeszyński 295 on the grounds of WKW PTTK.
PS We enter the area through the gate at the height of Kadetów Street.
The secret code to the gate is 1, 1, 2, 2. 🙂
We are preparing the workshops together with the team Bobrowe Żeremia, the Federation Przystań Warszawa, and the Warsaw Water Sports Club PTTK, KŻ Santa Maria, and the Wisła District.
The project is implemented with the support of the Education Office of the Capital City of Warsaw.
The media patronage over our joyful creativity has been taken by Forbes.pl Magazine and the 'Sailing' Magazine.
The Honorary Patronage of the event has been taken by Patrick Haughey, the Ambassador of Ireland in Poland. Green me. The Embassy of Ireland in Poland and the National Museum of Ireland.
Best regards and be with us,
Éirinn go Brách,
