We cordially invite you to a workshop with CoDa Movement, featuring the duo Magdalena Wójcik and Stefano Otoyo, which will take place on January 19 from 4 PM to 6:30 PM!

The workshop is held on the occasion of the release of Pat Nos' album 'Ucieszenia'. As part of the collaboration between CoDa Movement and Pat Nos, a beautiful project was created:

The duo of Magdalena and Stefano bases their work on contemporary dance techniques, floorwork, Flow Dynamics, and also values mindfulness related to body energy: the flow of movement and breath. During the workshop, we will lead a warm-up based on these techniques to the rhythm of Pat Nos' new album and together we will build choreography to her piece.
