The workshop is based on attachment theory and the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a globally recognized psychotherapeutic approach with scientifically proven effectiveness, created by Dr. Sue Johnson.
The aim of the workshop is to help couples build trust, closeness, and connection, thus developing and enriching their relationship.
During the workshop, couples will be able to:
-discover what you are really trying to communicate to each other through your behavior,
-explore the needs and feelings that lie behind it,
-learn to deepen intimacy in the relationship,
-recognize its strengths,
-identify negative interaction patterns that may be the source of impasse in your relationship,
-learn to forgive and repair mistakes made,
-improve daily communication.
Although our relationships may differ, the challenges we face are universal – just as our need for intimacy and connection is universal, providing us with comfort and shelter.
The workshop lasts two days. Sessions take place from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour break.
Facilitators:
Joanna Mieczkowska-Trąd - psychologist, couples psychotherapist, works in the EFT approach
