We invite you to our next seminar in Warsaw. We will try to present Eastern European training forms as complementary to classical - sports or traditional approaches to martial arts.
In our work, we integrate the classical technical understanding of martial arts, the postulates of the classical System, and the cross-sectional approach of Kevin Secours – Combat Systema.
This time the topic will be close combat with an emphasis on takedowns. We will train their methodology to work economically, minimizing effort. Traditionally, we will rely on understanding the structure of the body, both ours and our opponent's.
In the technical module, we will use effective solutions from the repertoire of sambo, jujitsu, and catch wrestling.
The foundation of the workshop will be strong work on body awareness and psychomotor coordination, with particular emphasis on multitasking in action and concentration. We will ensure that in combat work we act effectively and economically according to the concept of the utilitarianism of movement, which is the essence of the System.
Cost: 300 PLN, and for participants of our previous seminars in Warsaw 280 PLN.
Registration and information at the number 508438208.
Location: Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 123a.
