The number 108 in the East has immense significance, symbolizing perfection and is considered a sacred or magical number. It symbolizes the entirety of existence, life, energy, and divinity. It is a form of honoring the sun. This 'ritual' is a transition to a new beginning, having a meditative and purifying dimension, both for the body and the spirit. It is worth performing it with the intention with which we want to enter the New Year.

The sequence of 108 Sun Salutations allows one to enter a state of flow, a state of flow, harmony, and balance. It also helps to find inner focus, willpower, and improve physical fitness.

I warmly invite those who would like to start this year in a new way.

The entire meeting will begin with a short meditation. Then we will warm up the body, recall the individual positions (asanas) and the order of their execution, as well as the way to work with breath.

We will conclude with a relaxing sequence and deep relaxation. The whole session will last a maximum of 2 hours.

People with passes can enter normally, the cost for those without a pass is 69 PLN.
