23.12.2024, 11:00 - 12:00
I'm returning to leading group classes!
I warmly invite all pregnant women who want to actively go through the waiting time for their child.
What can you expect?
Professional medical training with elements of yoga and free dance. We will combine strengthening, relaxing, and breathing exercises into a smooth flow:
- we will work on posture, strengthen weakened muscles, and relax tense ones, so that pregnancy feels less burdensome
- we will learn to activate and relax the pelvic floor muscles and breathe consciously to ease the process of childbirth
- we will strengthen deep muscles and practice functional movements for motherhood, to make it easier to enter a new life role
For whom?
The training is safe for any woman in a normally developing physiological pregnancy, in all trimesters. If you have doubts about whether you can join the classes, consult your attending physician or write to me at kontakt@treningdlamam.com
About the instructor
My name is Kasia Wawrzycka, I am a medical trainer, pelvic floor muscle therapist using the Bebo® method, Pelvic Floor Safe trainer, a specialist in training during pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause, a movement and developmental dance trainer, and a trainer of courses on training during and after pregnancy. And I am a mom 🙂
I have over 10 years of experience working with pregnant women and new mothers, and an endless enthusiasm for supporting women during this beautiful yet demanding period of life. In my work, I place particular emphasis on safety and the correctness of the exercises performed, as well as adapting the classes to the specific needs of pregnant women and new mothers. I lead training and classes with the conviction that our bodies are wise and competent, and all they require is care and support tailored to their needs. I am incredibly fortunate to provide this support to women and accompany them at various stages of life - from preparing for pregnancy to mature age and menopause.
Registration
Classes will take place on Mondays at 11 AM at the CoDa Movement studio, ul. Kijowska 11. Classes start on September 9.
