DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES:
Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that involves flowing between positions in rhythm with the breath. I arrange yoga poses into sequences accompanied by a specific intention.
Each lesson begins with meditation, followed by a series of sequences known as 'flow,' which ends with calming the body. Vinyasa is a practice where I combine elements of Hatha Yoga with the more dynamic Power Yoga to stimulate and activate the entire body and consciousness.
This practice is open to individuals who know basic poses and sequences such as, among others: downward-facing dog, upward-facing dog, warrior I, II, III, sun salutation A and B.
Each practice is different and diverse; we will work on stretching the body, releasing tension, but also building strength and endurance. In each lesson, we will respond to the current needs of the body and collectively seek pleasure in this movement.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Michał Przybyła – dancer, choreographer, performer, dance and yoga teacher. He works theatrically and in dance on a daily basis but expanded his skills through a teacher training course at Radiantly Alive in Bali in 2022, thus combining his passion for movement and dance with yoga, creating full-scale practices for everyone. His strength lies in Power Vinyasa, full of fluid and dynamic transitions between poses, reminiscent of dance physical training, but he also excels in gentle and calm practices. His main premise is to find a state of flow in both body and mind, and he has been developing his pedagogical methods for over 10 years.
