Art therapeutic emotional-social training ART – TES®
'I am, I feel, I can.'
Classes for adults with intellectual disabilities (18+).
The main goal of the therapy is to improve the quality of life for adults with intellectual disabilities; to prevent life difficulties and to overcome obstacles on the path to self-realization.
ART-TES® is an original work program focusing on broadly understood personal development through art therapeutic activities.
During the therapy, we will develop essential competencies in life, including: self-awareness, subjectivity, decision-making, cooperation, creativity, flexibility in action, responsibility, sense of agency, self-reflection, belief in one's own abilities.
The structure of ART-TES®, i.e., art therapeutic emotional-social training, includes the following areas of therapy:
• Building 'I' awareness, i.e., developing awareness of what is within me.
• Building 'I-YOU' awareness, i.e., developing awareness of who is around me.
• Building 'I-WORLD' awareness, i.e., developing awareness of what is around me.
The structure, goals, and techniques of work are adapted to the needs and functioning of the therapy participants.
Therapeutic methods used: theater therapy, drama, dance and movement therapy, rhythm therapy, plastic therapy, Gestalt psychotherapy, positive psychology based on a non-directive approach.

Group I 15:45-17:15;
Group II 17:30-19:00;
Number of people in the group: approx. 8-12.
