'Self-wrapping in autumn. A workshop of solace'
I wholeheartedly invite you to a workshop where you will learn ways to take care of yourself.
The vicious cycle of fatigue - arises from avoiding the basic effort needed to take care of oneself. At the same time, a huge amount of effort and energy is necessary to avoid something, so effort is always present. It’s just about gaining greater awareness of how we use our pool of resources and what effective ways we know to renew that pool.
What you will receive:
- know-how on how to take care of yourself in relation to yourself. I will encourage PRACTICE. I care a lot that the workshop is not just theoretical, but definitely provides the opportunity for EXPERIENCE;
- I will address the topic of radical self-love;
- I will talk about ways to take care of yourself in relationships with others;
- if the weather permits, I will invite Nature for support;
- taking care of oneself, like everything, can be taken to such an extreme that it becomes a torment - I will invite you to seek the boundary between caring for and pushing yourself.
For whom:
For women and men open to seeking nurturing and effective strategies for taking care of themselves.
Number of places: 6-8 people.
When: November 16, from 10 AM to 6 PM (including a 1.5-hour lunch and regeneration break)
Where: ul. Lekarską 16/18 (III staircase, 1st floor) in Warsaw.
Investment: I would like finances not to be an obstacle to participating in the event, so I propose a payment range of 300-600 PLN. Pay what you feel your budget allows.
Registration: 607 264 039 (if I don’t answer, please send a text or WhatsApp, I will definitely call back)

About me:
Gabriela Sułkowska-Wirowska
I have been a psychologist for 19 years, and for 18 years I have been working as an individual psychotherapist for adults.
I have been running my own psychotherapy practice for 5 years. I also have many years of experience working as a soft skills trainer. I love conducting workshops.
Thanks to my profession, I personally test various strategies for taking care of myself.
Everything that brings gentleness, tenderness, and kindness is very close to my heart. And as I notice, most of us do not have a problem with this in contact with others, it happens that we cannot translate this into contact with ourselves. And in my opinion, it is very worthwhile! Come to a meeting with me and with yourself.
I invite you from the bottom of my heart. I am far from orthodoxy, but I recognize the necessity of radical self-love, which is best illustrated by Samantha's words from 'Sex and the City' - 'I love you very much, but I love myself more.'
Loving oneself requires practice, so if you feel that this direction calls you, write, call.
