We invite you to a Yoga Nidra course dedicated to Women, which includes both practical and theoretical aspects.
Yoga Nidra is a meditative technique in itself. Yoga Nidra is a conscious state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing for deep relaxation. It is an ancient yogic and tantric practice of conscious relaxation of the body, mind, and soul.
Healing begins with relaxation and rest. Yoga Nidra is also the practice and art of deep relaxation as well as conscious dreaming. It originates from the tantric practice of nyasa, a practice aimed at directing awareness inward, which includes visualization and directing attention and energy to specific areas. During Yoga Nidra, attention is redirected from the outside to the inside, allowing us to transition from a state of distraction to a state of mindfulness and full presence.
Women live in great tension, under the pressure of obligations, internal and external conflicts, so they need deep relaxation, unwinding, and support in key moments of life even more, to return to their natural cycle; to balance, to their cyclicality, to a healthy menstrual cycle, and to honor their femininity through connection with the womb and the cycles of life.
Yoga Nidra for women is a meditative-relaxation technique, a relaxation, an opening to subtle experiences and transformation, a change in thinking and perspective.
Yoga Nidra requires the relaxation of the body and the maintenance of a conscious mind that follows the instructions.

Yoga Nidra for women – support in various phases of life:
menstrual cycles, fertility, returning home, returning to the womb, support during the perimenopausal period, and for relaxation and letting go of what needs to be released.
This course is for every woman who needs:
deep relaxation, understanding of her cyclicality, letting go of what no longer serves, opening up to her fullness.
During this course, a gentle yoga sequence preparing for Yoga Nidra for women on Saturday and Sunday.
The course is led by: Barbara Maziarska (Har Anand Kaur) - Teacher and trainer of Kundalini Yoga instructors according to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Lead trainer of Kundalini Yoga teacher training courses level I and II and 21 stages of meditation.
Investment First Minute 1000 PLN, with a deposit of 400 PLN paid by September 26, after this date the cost: 1200 PLN teacher training course with YAP Yoga Alliance Professional certification (personal practice and an additional online Zoom meeting after at least 1 month of practice (date to be confirmed/agreed with the group), conducting Yoga Nidra for women).
