🔍 What is the workshop about?
During the workshop, participants will explore the mechanisms of self-acceptance and its impact on building satisfying relationships. We will focus on developing self-awareness, empathy, assertiveness, and dialogue skills, which will allow for better understanding of oneself and consciously creating healthy, mutually respectful relationships.

The workshop is intended for individuals who want to better understand themselves and their needs in order to build more authentic and healthy relationships with others. It is an excellent opportunity for those who feel they lack self-confidence, have difficulty setting boundaries, or struggle to express their emotions in interactions with loved ones, colleagues, or partners.

A small group of up to 16 people.
Work in pairs, groups, and forums – lots of interaction and mutual exchange of experiences.
Open conversations and dialogues without judgment. We create a safe space where everyone can voluntarily express themselves, but does not have to.
A good and relaxed atmosphere is important to us!

📅 Organizational matters
The workshop will take place on October 19 in Warsaw from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
A coffee break and lunch are provided for participants.
