We invite you to another cycle of oral history workshops with Mikołaj Grynberg! The classes will take place live at JCC Warsaw (Chmielna 9A).

If you are planning or are already working on a documentary text, where meetings with people are an important part, then these workshops are for you.

How to listen, how to ask questions, how not to lose your 'cool' and what not to do during a conversation.

How to process the collected material and how to arrange it into a whole.

Should you be afraid of authorization, or should you wait for it with impatience.

How to use genealogical archives - at one of the meetings we will host a professional genealogist.

About Mikołaj Grynberg:

The classes will be led by Mikołaj Grynberg - father of two smart children and husband of a wonderful wife; a psychologist by education, a photographer and writer by profession. When:

October 2024 - May 2025, on Mondays between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Exact dates of meetings: 7.10., 21.10., 4.11., 25.11., 9.12., 13.01., 10.03., 24.03., 7.04., 28.04., 12.05., 26.05.

Price:

The cost of participation at the basic rate: 2200 PLN for the entire cycle (1800 PLN with a current JCC Warsaw membership card).

Each additional 100 PLN exceeding the basic amount will support JCC in organizing such and other activities for adults and children.

Registration:

Registration until the end of September 2024 (or until places are filled) at biuro@jccwarszawa.pl.

Confirmation of registration will be the payment of the participation fee to the account of the JCC Warsaw Foundation (07160014621854798210000001, Chmielna 9A, 00-021 Warsaw, BNP Paribas).
