We invite you to consultations on defects in PLN + WIBOR, CHF, EUR, USD loans and credits: mortgage and consumer.
During the meetings we will talk about:
- PLN + WIBOR mortgage loans
- foreign-currency loans (CHF, EUR, USD)
- Free Loan Sanctions
- settlements with banks
- current court rulings and realistic options for action

Meeting schedule (14.03.2026):
PART I – Conversation about loans (common session)
The first part will be an open talk / lecture about:
- PLN + WIBOR mortgage loans
- foreign-currency loans (CHF, EUR, USD)
- consumer loans and Free Loan Sanctions
- settlements with banks
- current case law
- realistic possibilities for action
This will be a concrete, substantive conversation – without legal jargon, without scaremongering, without promising miracles.
We will explain:
- which mistakes most often appear in contracts
- when it is worth analysing a contract
- what possible courses of action are
- what to expect from a dispute with a bank
PART II – Your contract, your case (consultations)
After the common part there will be an opportunity for an individual conversation and a preliminary analysis of your situation.
There will be an opportunity to talk with experts who have many years of experience in court battles with banks and with board members of the Stop Bank Abuse Association, who themselves went through a dispute with a bank and won their cases.
