A Conscious New Year's Eve with Movement Medicine, during which together we will say goodbye to the passing year and welcome the new one with openness, lightness, and strength. This evening is for those who want to be: - close to themselves in a beautiful community of conscious people, - in a safe space, - in an atmosphere of kindness, - without alcohol and substances, - without pressure WHAT AWAITS YOU? Dance space We dance in the spirit of Movement Medicine to DJ sets by Marta Dratwa-Wasyłek, interwoven with energetic live drum rhythms performed by Bogdan Wasyłek and Krzysztof Wawrzyniak. We will lead you into a trance of joyful dance and rhythm, into the pulse of life that will guide you deeper into the Transition 2025/2026. Transition Ceremony Just before midnight, we will stop time. A shared meditation will guide us through the threshold between the Old and New Year—in connection, silence, gratitude, and intention. After midnight—communal singing and further fun After welcoming the New Year, we invite you to communal singing led by Lucy Nowowiejska. From singing, we will naturally move into dancing and continue to celebrate until 3 a.m. Gastro zone The team from Tiki Trip – Vege Food & Ethno Bar will prepare wonderful, diverse oriental vegan/vegetarian food for us and will be with us all evening. They will serve two hot meals, snacks, salads, spreads, and desserts! There will also be fruit, drinks, water, juices, tea, and coffee—all to ensure your body feels fully cared for. There will also be an opportunity to purchase a cup of exquisite ceremonial cacao! Chillout zone A place to breathe, lie down, and regain strength for another wave of movement. Safe, held space The evening will be led by Marta Dratwa-Wasyłek—in the spirit of Movement Medicine, with care and mindfulness. WHY IS IT WORTH IT? She has completed many professional trainings in coaching, group work, studies for psychotherapists and group trainers at the Gestalt Integral Psychotherapy Institute in Krakow, and Movement Medicine trainer training in England. In her practice, she seeks balance between different perspectives—the world of our thoughts, dreams, and ideas, emotions and spiritual experiences, and the world of embodied and real actions. She creates a safe yet transformative space for growth. LUCY NOWOWIEJSKA – artist, multi-instrumentalist, and vinyasa yoga instructor. She combines music, mindfulness, and psychology, creating a space for deep presence and transformation. Preparing to work as a process-oriented psychologist and psychotherapist, she leads meditation circles, sings, and plays harmonium and guitar, supporting people in returning to their own rhythm and inner power. BOGDAN WASYŁEK – drummer and percussionist. Member of the Freedance percussion group. He has also performed in Brazilian batucada groups Bloco Central and Sereia di Varsovia. He creates live music spaces during regular Movement Medicine practices, workshops, festivals, and concerts. KRZYSZTOF WAWRZYNIAK – drummer, percussionist, and session percussionist, supporting projects that give him growth and the joy of being with valuable people. An authentic artist with great sensitivity and humility, yet he likes to play "his own way." In drums, he finds fulfillment, emotion, love, and his truth. As an educator, he creates the Land of Drums, but he also repairs, renovates, and sells drums. ABOUT THE METHOD: Movement Medicine A practice of spontaneous movement and dance, created to support the release of tension in the body and deepen connection with natural life energy. For everyone, regardless of physical fitness level. It helps achieve balance between body, heart, mind, and spirit.
