My name is Agnieszka Gwadera, and I am a dance, movement, and body awareness instructor, dancer, and creator of the COBONA movement approach. I lead original classes where movement, improvisation, and conscious body contact combine with relationality, mindfulness, and the joy of being together. For years, I have been developing in the field of empathetic communication and embodied work with emotions, participating in international Erasmus+ trainings, including “Roots of Peace,” “Transforming Emotions,” and “Body of Emotions.” In my work, I draw from various methods – from Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to mindful movement techniques and contact improvisation – creating spaces where authentic encounters can be experienced. I have completed, among others, a course in the basics of Dance and Movement Psychotherapy, a Stage Choreography Course, and numerous workshops in contemporary dance and bodywork in Poland and abroad. I invite you to discover yourself through movement – without judgment, without pressure. If you feel like moving differently, getting to know yourself more deeply, and meeting people who value genuine, empathetic encounters – I invite you to join me in the studio.
