Summer with Kundalini Yoga is back! 🌳 This year, too, we meet every Sunday at 10:00 in Ulrich Gardens, the green space of Wola Park. 📅 We start on June 1. Bring your own mat and join us - thanks to morning yoga, your day will become better! Free entry, and the event is hosted by Wola Park, ul. Górczewska 124. What can you expect? What benefits will Kundalini Yoga practice bring you? - calming and soothing for the nervous system - better stress resistance (yes, even after the first practice!) - a feeling of relaxation, inner peace - muscle flexibility, a rush of endorphins You don't need to be flexible or in great shape - I always prepare a practice accessible to everyone. A few words about the class instructor: My name is Magdalena Niedźwiecka. I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher, certified by the Kundalini Research Institute, a graduate of the teacher training course at iSKY The International School of Kundalini Yoga. I also completed a YIN Yoga teacher training course at Shree Hari School in Gokarna (India). Recently, I also gained qualifications in conducting gentle therapeutic yoga for seniors - I completed a kinesio-gerontoprophylaxis course with Dr. Paweł Kwaśniewski at Devi Sangam - Institute for Yogic Studies. Yoga has been my path for over a decade, and when I encountered Kundalini Yoga in 2017, it became my spiritual home. I conduct stationary classes in Warsaw - including in Bielany and Wola, at Joga Metro Wola (ul. Bitwy pod Lenino 13), right next to Księcia Janusza metro station.
